14-day money-back guarantee

Not sure it's right for you? Email support@codesimulators.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are final.

No surprise charges

We don't enroll you in a recurring subscription or auto-renewal, so there's no ongoing charge to worry about refunding in the first place. Your access never expires and nothing renews automatically — it's a single lifetime payment, and nothing ever needs to be cancelled.

Exception: technical failures

If a payment was deducted but you never received the access you paid for due to a technical error on our end, that's on us — email support@codesimulators.com with your payment ID at any time and we'll either fix your access or refund the payment, regardless of the 14-day window above.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged more than once for the same lifetime purchase, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
